KICK OFF MEETING: Gmunden  (Austria) (December 2014)

REUNIÓN INICIAL: Gmunden (Austria) - Diciembre 2014

The Steering Comitee (SC), constituted by one representative for each participating institution was officially set up at the beginning of the project activities, in December, in a kick off meeting held in Gemunden (Austria). Our host partner was BFI.

   

El Comitee Directivo (CD), constituido por un representante de cada institución participante se creó oficialmente al comienzo de las actividades del proyecto, en diciembre, en una reunión inicial celebrada en Gemunden (Austria). Nuestro socio de acogida fue BFI.

 

  El CD está a cargo del proyecto de planificación y gestión general, es decir:

•  Planificación y control de las actividades principales del proyecto
•  Asignación de tareas
• Hacer cumplir los plazos
•  El respeto de los roles
• Supervisión del proyecto de seguimiento y evaluación 
• Proyecto de gestión financiera.

The SC is in charge of the project general planning and management, that is: 

• Planning and control of project main activities
• Assigment of tasks
• Enforcing deadlines
• Respecting of roles
• Overseeing of the project follow up and evaluation
• Project financial management. 

Dentro de la SC, el LIDER DEL PROYECTO (LP) tiene el deber de:

• La coordinación de las actividades
•  Promover las relaciones entre los miembros.
• hacer que las decisiones de los miembros sean efectivas

Within the SC, the PROJECT LEADER (PL) has the duty of: 

• Coordinating the activities
• Promoting the relationships among the members.
• making the committee decissions effective

 There will also be an ACTIVITY MANAGER for each project activity. The activity manager is responsible for the project activity realization. Its duty is to organize what is necesary to do, to assign specific tasks, to oversee the preparation and realization.

También habrá un GERENTE DE ACTIVIDADES para cada actividad del proyecto. El gerente de la actividad es responsable de la realización de actividad del proyecto. Su deber es organizar lo que sea NECESARIO hacer, asignar tareas específicas, y supervisar la preparación y realización.

 Communication is a crucial topic for the partnership: Communication with other relevant stakeholders and communication among project partners 

 La comunicación es un tema crucial para la asociación: La comunicación con otras partes interesadas y la comunicación pertinentes entre los socios del proyecto

 Our first aim was to compare diverse strategies, methodologies and tools already used and moreover to share the experimental integration of ICT language codes and tools, in order to improve and facilitate the communication between operators and youngsters within the support programmes and initiatives. 

Nuestro primer objetivo fue comparar estrategias diversas, metodologías e instrumentos ya utilizados y además compartir la integración experimental de códigos TIC y herramientas, con el fin de mejorar y facilitar la comunicación entre los operadores y los jóvenes dentro de los programas e iniciativas de apoyo.
